How much does TOAT photography cost in Chicago?
Packages start at $200 for a one-hour graduation or modeling session and run to $1,700 for full-day event coverage. Weddings are quoted individually, starting from $1,000. Every fixed price is listed on this page, so you can see the full cost before booking.
Do I have to pay the full amount upfront?
No. A 50% retainer secures your date, and the remaining balance is due 48 hours before your session. Both are paid online by card.
Is the deposit refundable?
The 50% retainer is non-refundable. It holds your date and takes it off the calendar for anyone else. Rescheduling is possible subject to availability and must be requested in writing.
When is my date actually confirmed?
Your date is reserved only once you have signed the service agreement and the retainer has cleared. Submitting an enquiry, choosing a time slot or signing the agreement does not hold a date on its own.
How far in advance should I book?
Bookings need at least 72 hours’ notice. For weddings and larger events, book as early as you can — dates go to whoever books first, and Saturdays fill earliest.
When will I receive my photos?
Your gallery is delivered digitally once the balance is paid in full. Galleries stay available for 90 days, so download everything you want to keep within that window.
Do you travel outside Chicago?
Yes. TOAT is based in Chicago and available worldwide. Travel beyond the Chicago area is quoted individually — mention where you are when you book and it will be included in your quote.
Will my photos be used on social media?
Only with your permission. There is an optional consent box when you sign the agreement. Tick it and selected images may appear in the portfolio or on social media; leave it unticked and they will not.
